  Australia and New Zealand sterile surgical gloves are worn by surgeons or health professionals during surgical procedures. They help avoid infection, contamination, and entry of bacteria and microorganisms during surgical procedures, especially during orthopedic surgery. Surgical gloves are made to a higher standard and have more precise sizing, with better sensitivity and precision. There are two types of medical gloves, such as surgical and examination. Surgical gloves are generally sterile, whereas examination gloves are either sterile or non-sterile. Australia and New Zealand sterile surgical gloves are made from natural and synthetic sources. The natural source for making surgical gloves is latex and synthetic source for making surgical gloves are neoprene, polyisoprene, and others. Surgical gloves are extensively used as personal protective equipment to protect the patient and/or wearer from spreading disease or infection during medical examination procedures. Sterile gloves
