VoIP services have benefited consumers in several ways. The introduction of VoIP services has eliminated long-distance and international call charges. It has reduced the requirement for a landline or mobile telephone and has eliminated the need for a dedicated operator. It has allowed people to take advantage of the features of a PC and make use of its portability. VoIP providers have made the process of communication simple enough for any user to use.
