Soy & Milk Protein Ingredients are proving to be critical since they are excellent sources of calcium, potassium with little saturated fat
Soy milk is an all-natural,
vegetarian drink made by steeping and pure grinding soybeans in water. Soy milk
is primarily made from soybeans, which contain only small amounts of calcium.
However, there are several varieties of soy milk that use other sources of
calcium. These include rice milk and calcium carbonate. Furthermore, calcium
can be added to smoothies or cereal by mixing it with fruit, yogurt, or a
shake. The soy & milk protein ingredients are usually soybean oil, which
serves as the main cooking medium, milled, unrefined soybeans, sugar, vitamins,
flavorings, and secondary ingredients like wheat flour or other grains. Soy
milk has been in existence for decades, however, it gained worldwide popularity
in recent years as more people became conscious of health issues like cancer,
diabetes, and heart disease.
One of the primary reasons why soy
milk is so effective at combating high cholesterol and other health ailments is
the phytic acid it contains. Phytic acid is present in all plants, although it
is particularly abundant in plants that contain large amounts of vitamin E,
such as soybeans and nuts. That's the reason why we have so much of it
available in our diet-it's one of the vitamins with the highest antioxidant
content. And the phytic acid is what allows soybeans to maintain their mineral
and vitamin content even after they are harvested, making them an excellent
source of nutrition for infants, pregnant women, and those who cannot eat other
foods that contain vitamin E.
It is often forgotten that soy
& milk protein ingredients are essentially just sugar water and
should therefore be avoided. However, while soy milk has very little benefit as
a sweetener, it does have health benefits when consumed in the proper
quantities. The phytoestrogens found in soy milk may help control hormone
levels in women of childbearing age. Furthermore, these compounds have been
found to inhibit the growth of certain cancers. Recently, in February 2021,
Life Health Foods launched So Good Protein+, a new dairy-free plant-based milk
brand with new delicious soy beverages.
