Disposable & Reusable Mask

Disposable & reusable masks are used prevent harmful substances in the air from entering the human body and help keep healthy respiration. They are extensively used in various end-use industries, such as mining, construction, chemical, oil and gas, and medical. Now, people have started using disposable & reusable masks in daily life due to the increasing instances of viral diseases, such as COVID-19, and rapidly increasing air pollution. Wearing a medical mask is one of the prevention measures to limit spread of certain respiratory diseases, including 2019- nCoV (COVID-19), in affected areas.

According to the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), masks may help prevent individuals with COVID-19 from spreading the virus to others, as well as masks are most likely to reduce the spread of the virus when they are widely used by people in public settings. The disposable & reusable masks are witnessing huge demand worldwide due to the outbreak of COVID-19 in around 200 countries. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), globally, as of 5:38pm CEST, 29 April 2021, there have been 149,216,984 confirmed cases of COVID-19, including 3,144,028 deaths, reported to WHO.

Disposable & reusable masks help limit the spread of germs. When someone sneezes, coughs, or talks, they may release tiny drops into the air that can infect others. Disposable & reusable masks can help reduce the number of germs and can protect other people from becoming sick. They come in a rectangle shape and are meant to cover your nose and mouth. Masks should be used as part of a comprehensive strategy of measures to suppress transmission and save lives. The pandemic has increased the demand for masks as a measure to reduce viral transmission, in pair with social distancing and hygiene.

Thus, several governments, worldwide, have imposed the public use of face masks and they are now moving towards enforcing disposable masks to abate COVID-19 transmission.
